Guest guest
Called & Nobels. as soon as I read your post. I do like to cook. When I went to the store I felt lost. Didn't know what to buy. I finally decided on pot roast because everything is " safe " . Another question. In all the health food stores, they have all these different types of flour. Potato flour, etc. To make gravy, I have no idea which one to use or how they taste. Have you experimented with anything along those lines? > From: dianebolton52 <dianebolton@...> > Subject: [] Semco > > Date: Sunday, November 9, 2008, 12:47 PM > When you go to the bookstore, look for these two books. Guest guest
If you are not wanting to use regular white flour, I would use rice flour. Rice flour has very little taste (like white flour) but has more nutritional value. White rice flour has less taste than brown rice flour. The bean flours taste NASTY, in my opinion.
