Walk Across America chiari Awareness Walk!!!!

Well...it's only 2 more weeks before the big walks!! I can't believe

how many people are involved with the walks and how many

proclamations are out there this year!! I remember last year was

only two! This year...?? I'm not sure how many but I know there are

a lot! KUDOS!!!

Just a reminder for mine: chiari walk is on Sept. 20th in Urbana,

OHIO at the Urbana city Park and registration is at Noon and walk

begins at 1:00....I hope to have purple balloons for every walker

and at the end we can all get together and release them (unless you

really want to keep it ...)and plus some more goodys to give away

in your bags. But most importantly, this is going to be a great

chance to raise awareness and to meet others like myself who suffer

from Chiari...some who have had surgery like myself..and some who

haven't yet. I am sure this is going to be a success one way or

another! I can't wait to see a bunch of you who are attending! Thank

you to all of you who are sending in donations or monies towards

purchasing water! I am still accepting any items in quantity if

anyone has anything to " give away " !...Wow...less than 2 more weeks!

North Carolina--- Please, who is in charge of getting North Carolina

to get the Chiari proclamation? Please let me know. I am very

interested to get this proclamation for NC.
