Hi Connie,

I had surgery back in October of 2005, I was 57. Had a posterior fossa

decompression and cervical laminectomy. I took a 12 week family leave

and returned to full time work after the leave. I recently went part

time and I'm glad I did. I have neuropathic pain that was probably

caused by the syringomyelia [syrinx], it is pretty much controlled

with Neurontin.
