Guest guest
We have an " insurance commissioner " per say, office of financial affiars, but they have NO control over the insurance companies. Especially since Charlie Crist was elected governor. I guess McCain did his homework. At one point, it was noted he was considering Crist for a Vice Presidential running mate, but had he done that, he wouldn't have a snowballs chance of winning Florida. What control WAS over insurance companies left promptly when he took over. Insurance companies are the largest political lobbiest in Florida. It's a real shame. Florida is shooting the goose that laid the golden egg. People are leaving Florida in droves. No one can afford to live here anymore, largely due to insurance, etc.
Guest guest
Yeah, they don't like to admit that most mold claims are really water. If there was no water, there would be no mold. And, I guess it is how some people file the claim. My claim was filed as a hurricane claim. Which includes falling water and windstorm. But, they are going to file it in the archives until I sue them.
