I didn't finish my posting yesterday.

Posted on the window by my front door is a Healthy Home Assurance

Certification. My home is inspected as a traditional inspection to

protect my investment but also the indoor air quality was tested and

passed. They will be coming once a year from here on out.

I will post a photo of the Healthy Home Assurance Certification.

Especially in this market if I were to try and sell my home and am

competing against the neighbor I would argue my advantage with my home

being inspected and monitored and healthy.
