Guest guest
Oops.. I forgot to add.. right now we DON'T want to be discussing individual items that go into the lists..YET, we want to discuss what each of the lists will be about.. and for each list, we want to discuss what attributes we will store on EACH of the things in it. Sometimes, one attribute of a list will obviously be all we need to identify one record out of the whole list.. That will become the " primary key " Whenever there is a suggestion for another list in the fact that an implicit other list of items sort of shows up repeatedly in a list we will create another list for those " foreign keys " I don't know if this is fun for you, but it could be..it could really be therapy for all of us.. Plus, we will all be learning a valuable new skill together. You can use this elsewhere..its sort of a great Swiss Army Knife of skills.. Guest guest
I see where your great mind is going and its all great. What do you think about just starting with one subject first?? Like food substitutes for instance for us moldys. I'm thinking this way becuase of all of are brain injurys. If we make it about to much will all get lost and confused. I always go back to my marketing skills KISS which means keep it simple stupid. That way it would also be easy to change if we don't like the format. than wa can build from that. What do you think? Guest guest
Why just things to eat? Why not all the other things? Is this a personal priority? Personally, I have not noticed any differences from gluten or non gluten foods, although a good friend got celiac disease in the same place I got sick.. I didn't - I got what I got.. Fish oil is important.. But I am not obsessed by brand, I just want good quality, AND cheap, because I take a lot.
