Oops.. I forgot to add..

right now we DON'T want to be discussing individual items that go into

the lists..YET, we want to discuss

what each of the lists will be about.. and for each list, we want to

discuss what attributes we will store on EACH of the things in it.

Sometimes, one attribute of a list will obviously be all we need to

identify one record out of the whole list.. That will become the

" primary key "

Whenever there is a suggestion for another list in the fact that an

implicit other list of items sort of shows up repeatedly in a list we

will create another list for those " foreign keys "

I don't know if this is fun for you, but it could be..it could really

be therapy for all of us..

Plus, we will all be learning a valuable new skill together. You can

use this elsewhere..its sort of a great Swiss Army Knife of skills..

I see where your great mind is going and its all great.   What do you think

about just starting with one subject first??  Like food substitutes for instance

for us moldys.   I'm thinking this way becuase of all of are brain injurys.  If

we make it about to much will all get lost and confused.  I always go back to my

marketing skills   KISS which means keep it simple stupid.   That way it would

also be easy to change if we don't like the format.   than wa can build from

that.    What do you think?

Why just things to eat? Why not all the other things? Is this a

personal priority?

Personally, I have not noticed any differences from gluten or non

gluten foods, although a good friend

got celiac disease in the same place I got sick.. I didn't - I got what I got..

Fish oil is important.. But I am not obsessed by brand,

I just want good quality, AND cheap, because I take a lot.

For each list, we will want to figure out what kinds of information we

want for *each* item on the list..

I'll try to find a web page or file that describes this process for

all of us.. but in the meantime, why don't we use this thread to

brainstorm what kinds of lists we might want.

Lists can also contain text, but most of them will be basic lists..

like list of foods that are problematic for some people with mold

illness, and possible substitutes. .

some other possibilities. .

tips on coping

tips on cleanup!

tips on prevention

symptoms

tips for the hypersensitive w.r.t. housing

organizations that are involved both good and bad

state by state conditions

commonly encountered comorbid health issues

therapies that have helped (either one's self or heard/read that it

helped others, if so, with the source..so people can judge for

themselves)

Okay, now this is tricky because there is a lot of overlap:

toxic components of WDBs including mycotoxins, MVOCs, other dangers

molds breakdown by species

bacteria

other pathogens

and so on...

Can you see why I think this is something that needs to be

collaborated on by all of us?

things that seem significant but would like feedback/brainstorm ing on

(I personally have a lot of these!)

questions for doctors

questions for patients

paying for all of this, tips on insurance, for example.

regulatory scene

legal issues

Sometimes, we may want one of the fields in a list to be able to be

filled from another list, for example, we might have a master list of

authors or a master list of " sources " - publishers, books, mold

species, kinds of tests, eventually results of tests,
