Guest guest
Bonnie--I have not initiated the plan like you have, but I live in UT and I had had some of the recommended lab draws done and started taking Selenium and Zinc as recommended and hope to have a formal consult with Dr. Haskell in March. I believe as he stated that unless you address the initial problem you will continue to have issues. I am also on Synthroid and generic Cytomel. Did you see a big difference with going Gluten Free? That is the hardest part for me! I am very curious to see how my hormones and cortisol levels come back. My reverse T3 was a big high and my TPO antibodies were down from 178 to 114 (anything over 34 is high). Best wishes to you!
