Unusual change in TSH

So I just had a follow up visit with my endo. She took my TSH which was 1.75

and FT4 which remained at 0.9. So I have a question about fluctuations. My endo

said that it is normal to fluctuate but this last test result seems unusually

out of place. As a side note, I have been GF since April 1 with perhaps some

minor infractions on additives. I just wonder if that has anything to do with

my lowered TSH. Actual TSH results have been

2001 - 2.8

6/2010 - 3.61

11/2010 - 4.7

12/2010 - 2.97

6/2011 - 4.27

10/2011 - 4.31

4/2012 - 1.75

The GF did not seem to help my anxiety or moodiness and if anything things are

worse. GF did help my hypoglycemia though. So that doesn't fall in line with

what I would have expected with better TSH or a GF diet.

Any thoughts or comments about what is going on.
