Guest guest
Hey Jeanine, what about this YoPlus stuff, it seems to be helping me stay regular anyway. Ya know I noticed in alot of " sugar free " muffins and stuff like that have sorbitol in it. That kind of freaked me out.
Guest guest
Hi yep, sooo many things have fructose, even gun. getting pretty tired of my very limited diet. the phamacy dude was very helpful and said there were some over the counter things I might be able to take. forget the names but well check it out when I go pick up the csm. I'm not going ti take it 4 times a day, just once and hope it helps and maybe that well avoid the constapation, I hope. > > Hey Jeanine, what about this YoPlus stuff, it seems to be helping me stay regular anyway. Guest guest
Problem is a cook book aint goin to do me any good, I just need the cook part. Ya knkow all kidding aside. That is something I have noticed has been a huge change in me. I used to love to cook and I just cant be bothered with it. I know alot of it is my living conditions, at least I hope, but My hope is those kind of enjoyments in life will return someday. of course when I say cook, what I mean is I can heat up some really good geneticly processed, oversalted half cardboard half soy phoney food, but I at least got a pan on the stove.
