Guest guest
As bugs are killed off, they release toxins. If your detox pathways aren't up to par,or if you go too fast, these toxins can cause the same symptoms as the bugs they are killing off. This can be an intense bout of any of the symptoms you have seen before related to what you are ridding the body of. This can include "flu" symptoms, tiredness or hyperactivity, any stim or tic you've seen before, any behavior you've seen before. Sometimes giving support supplements like antioxidants charcoal and green clay will offset these symptoms, and sometimes it's best to back off or space the supplement/medication out over a longer period of time. Also, these bugs are tenacious, and they will make you crave the things that feed them, so sugar cravings and tantrums are often a sign that what you are doing is working. If you're mobilizing metals, there can be similar symptoms, and it's important to get the toxins out as quickly as possible. Remember, healing is hard work. Getting better puts a strain on the body too. Sometimes, detox puts a strain on nutrition status and depletes nutrients that must be replaced. If you see something that really alarms you, if the child is getting sick or dehydrated, if the behavior makes you uneasy, it's time to back off. Sometimes, you have to go about things a different way, or in a different order. Buffy Krajewski wrote: What do you guys mean by die off symptoms?
