Rainforest fungus produces MVOCs that closely resemble diesel fuel

This is why!!!   I was exposed and became hypersenceitive in St USVI.  

Went home to South East Alaska, which is a complete rainforrest. 180inches a

year.    What was once habitible became the heaviest air to me.  I couldn't

breathe, I started losing my ability to think, UGH just the reminder.
