Guest guest
They should not do that to you. If they added a pipe so the vent was higher than your and other tenants windows the warm air would rise and not bother anybody. I don't know about any particular Brand but I do know that the chemicals used in some fabric softener products have been controversial. A filter is for particulates.. like lint.. Many fumes would not be stopped by a mechanical filter. I'm assuming that they have explored dryer boosters? Is there some technical reason they can't use one? Guest guest
The laundry room is underneath me. The vent could not be above me--I am on the 2nd floor of 19 stories. The amount of Bounce dispersed into the air of the city probably is not that bad in terms of my exposure IN my apartment even tho I don't like it. However the lint IS BAD no doubt about that. As for " should " , they do what saves them money. So I'm interested in the filter idea. If I force them they will have to change it because of code but I am willing to work with them, I just wanted advice on the best filter to use in such a situation. They were willing for me to research it. --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > They should not do that to you. > > If they added a pipe so the vent was higher than your and other > tenants windows the warm air would rise and not bother anybody. > > I don't know about any particular Brand but I do know that the > chemicals used in some fabric softener products have been > controversial.
