Like how your illness progressed over the years? And also, would you mind sharing where your mold was and how you were finally able to link your illness to mold.. Thank you....as I mentioned, I am still trying to " link " all these pieces together and how many of my symptoms over the years could be a direct result to mold exposure. Thank you for your help
Guest guest
I would think someone who had mild allergic reactions to mold might not realize it. Also people's tolerance level change in life; what might not have affected you at 20 might affect you at 40. llaci >
Guest guest
>Me-17 years and had no idea until the 15th year when I got really really sick. Now the hindsight is just making me so angry-I remember the contractor sheetrocking over a moldy wall and telling me it's nothing. Guest guest
The reason I suffered for 12 years in a mold infested building was the fact that my doctors never asked me ONE question about the indoor environments where I worked or lived when I kept going back, time after time after time with the same medical problems. My exposure began in 1988 and I only found out in 2000 that it was mold that was making me sick. Although I know that so many doctors are still at a loss when it comes to mold-induced illnesses, more people know now about how mold can harm health. I also applaud Melinda Ballard, Katrine s, KC, Sharon Kramer and so many others who have really laid the groundwork for the better understanding we all have today. And, of course, thank God for Ted Kennedy for putting in the request for the GAO! Every day we are getting closer and closer to booting out the special interests who have harmed so many over the years by saying mold doesn't hurt you when it does.
