Live, thanks for the good reminder, I actually had it prescribed by

one of my docs to treat the neurological damage. Since I do not do

fish, I looked around for alternatives, and found flax oil, which did

the trick. I did eat lots of it, starting with smaller amounts, and

increasing as I tolerated more. It really made a difference in my

recovery.

Now I am using a brand of Organic flax oil with borage oil, and it is

very good. I use borage oil on my skin too.

I just found an interesting paper on the use of borage and evening

primrose oil ..

We use a mix of flaxseed oil and more conventional salad dressing on salads..

It tastes okay when you mix it with a little bit of a good salad dressing..
