Question about Killer T-cells

Hi Guys: I decided to see an immunologist here in Dallas and she did a

blood work-up and my killer T-cells are all too high. I was wondering

how many of you had these levels checked when you got ill and if the

levels came down evetually. My killer t-cells have been high since I

got exposed in 2004.(Shes thinking virus, I'm thinking mold)

Also, I wanted to comment on the thread about oils. Here at the clinic

they recommend that you " rotate " the different kinds of oils with 3,6

and 9 and take them on different days and that way your body will take

what it needs, instead of sticking to just one brand/kind. Makes sense

to me. Thanks D

Diane,

The way I have heard it described many times is that most of us eat

far too many Omega 6's..(they are everywhere, most prepared foods have

Omega 6's - most cooking oils are Omega 6s..)

.... and not enough Omega 3's.

Check this paper out, it explains some interesting things about how

much our diet has changed and its implications.

Basically it talks about the implications of the huge amunts of Omega

6s we eat. Evidently Omega 6 fatty acids mostly come from grains.

Humans have existed in our current form for around a million years.

We have only been eating grains for a tiny percentage of that time

By brand, do you mean brand name of oil?

I think it does make sense to use different kinds of oil to cook..

Another thing that is important is freshness..

This also looked like a good resource on oils and the body.. (its

where I got the other link)
