What do you really like about Tae Bo, and what has it done for you? I lost about 30 pounds while I was home from college last summer doing Body for Life, and it didn't take long to gain it all back and then some when I moved back. Work and school just made eating right and working out a low priority. Now I'm ready to get in shape for good, because I feel and look worse than I have in a long time. I started working out again yesterday, and today I did the Tae Bo Bootcamp...I just wanted everyone's opinion on how well this works! Thanks, and everybody have an awesome weekend.
