Date: Friday, September 2, 2005 Time: All Day It is time to brag about at least one thing you are proud of this week! I am proud of being a mom! My husband and friends always ask how The Hell do i do everything, Do Taebo, cook breakfast and lunch for husband, juggling around girlscouts, mommy to 3 kids, one in school. Volunteer at the school, Come home clean house,do lawnwork, landscaping, shop for groceries, Cook, bathe babies, then spend some time with Hubby then do my Taebo! They joke around and say i am a Mom on Crack or something. I just simply say I am High at being a Mom! I love it, Proud of It! Guest guest
Well I guess my bragging would be: 1. I went out to lunch w/ my office to a mexican place, and I ordered a taco sald instead of my usual beef fried chimichanga. I only ate 3 bites of the shell! Yahoo! I have a real problem ordering healthy foods at restaurants, but I'm learning to get better at it and to make better choices. I don't have much will power with food sometimes. I eat really good during the week, but on the weekend I sabatoge my diet and mess up any kind of weight loss sucess that I had during the week. But I guess that's why weight loss is a journey and lifetime commitment. I vow to do better this weekend and next week!! 2. One of my co-workers told me that I was looking good and she could tell that I had lost some weight. She asked what I was doing and I told her TAE BO! She said that she had the old VHS basic tapes, but she doesn't do them anymore, but they were fun when she did do them regulary. I told her to get them back out and get to it! I told her how addicted I was and how great it was. I was so happy to tell her all about it! I hope she starts doing it again. I'll keep on her about it until she does! ya'll have a great weekend.
