On Friday, November 14th, Chronicle (WCVB-Channel 5) in Boston aired a

half-hour expose on Lyme Disease and the conflicts of interest in treating this

widespread disease. Watching this program, I could not help but see the

similarities in recognizing, diagnosing and treating lyme and mold illnesses and

how doctors trying to help patients are getting the stuffing kicked out of them

and how others are protecting special interests. I recall recently reading

that the Attorney General of Connecticut brought a RICO action regarding Lyme

Disease and treatment. This was mentioned in the program.

I am not sure how you can view or get a copy of the program but it would be

well worth looking into. I know that when a few of us appeared on Chronicle

about mold a few years ago, it wasn't an easy task getting a copy of the

program but it can be done.

Below is a link to the program details. Excellent piece. Again, you could

switch " mold " for " lyme " and the similarities are quite striking. Big

controversy about accepting chronic lyme disease as a diagnosis.
