Lighting a candle rather than cursing the darkness/ Emergency preparedness

It seems to me that there is a hell of a lot of expertise here that could be

really useful

in a situation which happens too frequently, FLOODS...

If we could put our heads together and think of some common-sense things we

as a group could do

to help minimize the numbers of people who were made ill by mold after

floods,

that would be a very good thing.

With what we know, we COULD make a difference.

Does anybody here agree? Where would we start?
