Subject: Casting for new Environmental Illness Tv show

Thank you for taking my inquiry. As discussed, I am looking to

profile people who are able to tell their story of environmental

illness and the doctors who diagnosed and helped them. With stories

about children we would be speaking with the parents. The show is a

great way to get the word out on what we can do to prevent these

things from happening. Any topics, ideas for stories, leads, etc.

are appreciated.

Below is a casting notice I have been sending out- please contact me

if there is anything else you need and/or any questions you may

have.

Has something from your environment made you sick? You¹re not

alone. It is estimated that 24 % of all disease are somehow tied to

environmental hazards such as chemicals, fumes, pollution, allergens

> environmental illnesses are difficult to diagnose and are often

mistaken for other medical problems.

The exciting new television channel Discovery Green is searching for

people who want to tell their stories about environmental illness

and their road to diagnoses on the new enviro-medical mystery

television series. Each episode features two distinct stories that

start with a bizarre cluster of symptoms that stump the medical

community, until a doctor has that ³a-ha² moment and solves the

mystery.

Qualified participants must have been successfully diagnosed and

treated (we are not doctors and can not help you get treatment), and

you and your physician must be willing to talk about your medical

journey on camera. We are approaching these stories from a green

angle and are hopeful that your story may help and educate others.

Thank you,

Aimee
