Guest guest
It is possible that higher doses of taking D3 may not be so good for those who have an autoimmune disease, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, MS and RA. Important to have both 25-D and 125-D tested. Apparently people who have the above may have vitamin D dysregulation meaning they may have low 25D but high 125 D levels. In that case, high calcium levels can occur resulting in bone loss. The author Dr. Joyce Waterhouse claims that D dysregulation is widespread in inflammatory disease where there is bacterial involvement. The author does not recommend high doses of D for those who have high levels of 125D. So be sure to have both 25D and 125D tested! here is the link: http://autoimmunityresearch.org/transcripts/waterhouse_lax2006.pdf Madeleen Looking for last minute shopping deals?
