Guest guest
Are shelled peanuts bad to eat? I ate a few the other day, without even thinking about it, and felt AWFUL about 2 hrs. later!!! Thinking about it now they were probably the worst thing in the world to eat!!!! I'll never touch them again. Sue Thank you for posting this. I believe the most common toxin found in food is Ochratoxin. It is quite common in many third world countries and becoming more common in developed countries at all. Unfortunately, the only test is experimental and there is no way to confirm this toxic exposure. Ochratoxin causes kidney failure among other things, however, most physicians would not know what to do for you. It can be quite fatal. **************One site has it all. Guest guest
You can test for Ochratoxins, the same way you test for Aflatoxins and Tricothecenes. Urine sample. My guess is aflatoxins are the most prominate in food. Animal feed and anything siloed. Corn, wheat, rice, I do much btter with anything grown and stored in other countrys. ssr3351@... wrote: Are shelled peanuts bad to eat?
