Guest guest
What runs / walks are there to support downs children? or for children with learning disabilities in general? I noticed that there is a buddywalk in NYC on 9/28/08 (www.buddywalk.org) for downs, which consists of a 1-mile walk. I'm a runner and was wondering if there was anything longer - e.g., a 5K run - that raises funds and awareness for children with down syndrome or learning disabilities in general. fyi - I'm in the NYC area, so in and around the Northeast would be ideal. Many thanks - Bao
