If you feel strongly about your opinion of the matter, then use this

opportunity to let your voice be heard by our government. As far as I am

aware,

there is no " recently published work addressing resolution of occupant

complaints " that Mr. Light would be most likely to include in a presentation as

a CIH.

I am aware that we just deleted this aspect entirely from a standards

document because of no consensus on the matter. Could be wrong, but I am not

anticipating Ed Light presenting unbiasedly on this aspect.

WED, OCTOBER 15 the CIAQ, which is the Federal Interagency Committee on

Indoor Air Quality (CIAQ) that was established by Congress in 1983, is

co-sponsoring a MOLD WEBINAR with the EPA. Mr. Ed Light, CIH, will be a

The mission of the CIAQ is to coordinate Federal Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

research, and facilitate the exchange of information among Federal agencies,

state & local governments, the research community, the private sector and

general public. The CIAQ also supports the EPA IAQ research program required by

Section 403 of the 1986 Superfund Amendments and Re-authorization Act (SARA).

The CIAQ is co-chaired by EPA, the Consumer Product Safety Commission

(CPSC), the Department of Energy (DOE), the National Institute for Occupational

Safety and Health (NIOSH), and the Occupational Safety and Health

Administration

(OSHA). Other Federal Departments and Agencies participate as members.

In addition to the Agency updates regarding their IEQ and IAQ activities,
