Guest guest Posted October 2, 2008 Report Share Posted October 2, 2008 You can do both. It easier to do a nasal spray. I'm not sure what the difference is in efficasy. Some people have a hard time with the neb treatments. But you might think about taking this question to the 10P list. Some people, I've heard have used transdermal glutathione. Again, not sure which is better. I've used the nasal spray as I had a hard time with the neb treatments. Some have also had good success getting glutathione from whey as well. There are sublingual tablets of glutathione, but there is some question as to how well it is used.
