As a general reminder, please review the admin files to stay close to the intention of the group so we maintain a high standard of discussion. BTW, I'm meeting women in India with female hormone struggles too; even a beautiful vibrant yoga teacher who seemed to have all the life practices that we would imagine leading to a graceful move to menopause. And I met another woman with perimenopausal stomach issues which are being treated with The Purple Pill.
