Guest guest
What form of Molybdenum is best to use for converting Sulfite to Sulfate, balancing Zinc and Copper ratio without increasing level of Ammonia? Thank you. Guest guest
On another list Moly was mentioned as helping the body clear mold toxins. The info says 400mcg daily, starting low and working up to as much as one gram as tolerated. The person staed it helped clear up the brain fog, helped with sleep, and got rid of the scalp fungus. It can take a few months before a difference is seen, but others have had results much sooner. I am taking a new supplement since the summer that has a synergistic mix of micronutrients that is definitely helping with my symptoms and fatigue. It is the VegLife MultiVeg Energy formula. There are probably others that have a similar mix also. It has moly, selenium, iodine, etc. I have not done the looking up on this, but someone else might want to (big grin).
