What form of Molybdenum is best to use for converting Sulfite to Sulfate,

balancing Zinc and Copper ratio without increasing level of Ammonia? Thank

On another list Moly was mentioned as helping the body clear mold

toxins. The info says 400mcg daily, starting low and working up to as

much as one gram as tolerated. The person staed it helped clear up the

brain fog, helped with sleep, and got rid of the scalp fungus. It can

take a few months before a difference is seen, but others have had

results much sooner.

I am taking a new supplement since the summer that has a synergistic

mix of micronutrients that is definitely helping with my symptoms and

fatigue. It is the VegLife MultiVeg Energy formula. There are probably

others that have a similar mix also. It has moly, selenium, iodine, etc.

I have not done the looking up on this, but someone else might want to

(big grin).
