And, the ability to sue, if the FDA approves a drug that ultimately causes harm. --- En date de : Lun 3.11.08 Objet: Court weighs amputee's case, limits on drug suits - News Date: Lundi 3 Novembre 2008, 9h46  http://news./s/ap/20081103/ap_on_go_su_co/scotus_drug_suit
Guest guest
This is very interesting because I receive Phenergan IV push almost every time I have to go to the ER for severe pain and get morphine drips or IV pain meds. Every now and then I will get the shots but most of the time I get the IV because my blood pressure is usually low and sometimes my oxygen levels will fall. I remember one time the nurse pushed the phenergan too fast and I had to tell him to stop and push it slow. He was not aware of this. My arm hurt for almost two weeks after leaving the hospital. > > This is a very important decision to watch, as it calls into question the authority of the FDA. > > And, the ability to sue, if the FDA approves a drug that ultimately causes harm. > > --- En date de : Lun 3.11.08 > > > Objet: Court weighs amputee's case, limits on drug suits - News > Date: Lundi 3 Novembre 2008, 9h46 > > > > > >  http://news./s/ap/20081103/ap_on_go_su_co/scotus_drug_suit > > > > >
