Guest guest
Obviously, whenever a doctor manages to discover something new, or even obvious, but politically controversial, these people will be on the attack. Didn't they (The Texas Medical Board) TRY to do this to him last year and LOSE? Most of the people on this list can explain that Dr. Rea's approach makes a lot of sense.. its impractical for most of us, but it does work. Its called " avoidance " . Guest guest
This is sooo ridiculous and charged as been leveled at him before. I have been there and " injected with substances " , which is really a 'pin prick' as is done at 'any' allergy lab only they go to great lengths to make sure substance is pure and has nothing else in it that could illicit a false response/ He's just looking to see if substance illicits a response like any allergy test does but to many, many more substances than allergy doctors test for. --- In , " L " <knightshotter@...> wrote: > > 'Bubble' house doctor in trouble > > <http://www.mcall.com/news/local/all- b1_5bubble.6623151oct14,0,5836114.story > ?track=rss> > http://www.mcall.com/news/local/all- b1_5bubble.6623151oct14,0,5836114.story? > track=rss > He prescribed structure for ill South Whitehall woman. >

Guest guest
This should be illegal, then. The same charges can't be brought up twice. That's a basic part of American law. Of course, they will probably claim that for EACH patient a new justification for crucifying Dr. Rea occurs, but that frustrates the judicial deciding aspect intent of each process and really, makes them a sham.. If they can just keep bringing these charges until they get one jury to vote to take his license, then its clearly a vendetta. And as Barb says, many (most?) allergists inject (using pin pricks- which I guess is technically an injection, but really..) tiny amounts of potential allergens.. Come on.. this is really too much... So, also the wording of their argument betrays its bias... Any good lawyer should be able to show that.
