,

I tried to figure out where you were and the best guess I could come up with

was the northern Midwest..

That is (obviously) a cold winter area. I also did some reading on

crawlspaces and I actually came away

with more questions than answers.

I think jill has a good question there in " can you move " but I am also

guessing that if you could easily.

you already would have. Its not always so easy.

There are a bunch of things you could do but its a complicated situation..

I'm reluctant to recommend

things because I need to stress that since its making you sick, the best

thing you could do is move.

Your goal should be preserving your health.. The legal situation is stacked

against us, and every penny

you spend on pursuing legal remedies is a penny you could be spending on

another place to live.

If its a bad situation, the longer you spend there, the sicker you will

probably get.

There are no easy convenient answers, if its really a bad mold situation. If

you are already sick, the best

thing to do is cut your losses and get out of there.
