The former talk show host and celebrity lawyer is suing her building in Manhattan Supreme Court for $700,000 because she says mold has made her posh Upper East Side triplex uninhabitable. " As a result of said damage and environmental condition, it is unhealthy and dangerous to reside in the premises, " states in her suit. " As such, I have obtained comparable living arrangements at the costs of $17,861 a month.
