Guest guest
I believe LabCorp offers a variety of lab test including one for stachy. > From: E E <photoguys2003@...> > Subject: Re: [] toxic stacy the gift that keeps on giving > > Date: Monday, December 29, 2008, 9:32 PM > Hi, > I was unaware that they had blood tests for stachy. Guest guest
Hi, I'll reply in the text below: > > hi! happy holidays. I also followed the candida diet of no sugar, no starch, mostly protein and veggies. > > After about 2 months on the diet and 5 days on that drug my blood was > tested again (for about the third time) it came back clear of stacy. > yeah!!! i am going to make baked ziti and have a loaf of bread! oh > and some cake. > > its been 2 months and i feel as sick as i was when i was living in > the mold apartment. my doctor again tested my blood - positive for > stacy. jeez. he thinks we brought it with us. i bought all new > cloths but my son and his girlfriend had some stuff packed in boxes > from the old house in their room but i didnt think that could effect > me. we also have some photo albums packed in plastic bins in a > closet i never go in to. > > I have a theory, the toxic stacy never left my system, just went > into remission due to the anti fungals and the diet and maybe it was > dying. when i went on my holiday binge it just revived itself? ***Yes, that theory makes some sense. I think there are other things that can be looked at too. There is the reinfection theory, which your doc seems to believe in (also maybe re-exposure). But your idea makes the most sense to me. I know people that had stachy exposure only at work, and it has showed up in every tissue sample that was sent in- including reproductive organs, sinuses, etc. My own allergist who had prescribed the meds said that is difficult, if not impossible to eradicate fungal infections once they have become entrenched, and that control is the goal. Keep it down to a mild roar so that one can function more or less normally. He thought it was ok for me to take the meds for the rest of my life, if I continued to tolerate it well. > > does that make sense to anyone but me? i remember someone saying > that this is a diet (rice and corn) that we would need to be on for > life. and i am ready at this point since my face, sinuses, nose and > eyes are on fire and there is nothing anyone can do for me. ***For your sinuses, it is usual to recommend sinus washes. There are neti pots around, you put in salt water, and wash away. I use a nasal squirt bottle. > > does anyone take anti fungles? ***Not anymore, I use my own electrically isolated silver water instead, and also use it in my sinuses. > > is anyone on the yeast free diet long term? ***Yes, but I have been neglecting it over the holidays.... > > has anyone recovered from a large dose of stacy that was enough to > show up in ones blood? i am so tired of being sick! my doctor said > my lyme was in remission and now this! what the heck. and two > diseases no one takes seriously. ssssh!!! > *** My silver water has gotten my Lyme under control also. I never had a stachy test, only allergy tests (which might not be a good idea, btw). So I am not sure what that is. I am tired of being sick too. Guest guest
Stachybotrys weakens your immune system dramatically and the derangement of your natural immune responses causes mold hypersensitvity and mold induced hyperinflammation. (For example, the toxins freeze up my bile flow.) I thnk it also makes you far more vulnerable to almost every other possible disease. Its just those fungi prepping you up for your debut as food for them. Sooner or later. If mold causes cholestasis, you don't have any GI motility. Thats when yeasts can take over your GI tract. (Fluconazole is fungistatic or fungicidal against a lot of fungi, especially yeasts! But watch out for those cytochrome p450 interactions!) The actual stachybotrys is long gone, but the toxic effects will remain with you for life. It kills your stem cells. They don't grow back. The aftereffect of stachybotrys is sometimes similar to the aftereffects of radiation poisoning or life with chemotherapeutic drugs like cyclosporin or tacrolimus. Thats the unvarnished truth. Now watch as the naysayers try to pretend it isn't true.
