Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 Do you by chance know of anyone I can contact for further testing on the mold in my rental home. I am ready to move out of the home due to the conditions, however I am worried my beloings may be contamiantd. I have had the tape and swab tests done, but they did not diclose enough information, but did confirm it is mold in very " high counts " . There is mold through out the home in dift forms. Much of which I never knew was there. The attic wood has 2 VERY large area's, there is the black " powder mold " in and around the crawlspace and an area about 2 feet in lenght on the drywall (on same wall as shower). The spot on the drywall is the first spot I discovered, it was not untill I had an inspector to my home that I even knew there was mold ALL over. My walls and everything plastic/glass has a black layer of " soot " on them. This scares me to death. I'm at a loss at to who to contact to get the further testing done, or what to do.
