Guest guest
I've heard that recently, newly bought fake grass has been lead free. Its the older plastic turf that may be dangerous, especially if its worn and disintegrating. The plasticizers are probably an issue too, but I don't have any knowledge of the specifics on that. Some of the older plastics have a lot of lead in them. It was used to make them soft. Mini blinds are often very bad, too. I agree with you on lead standards but the government claims that up to 10 ng/dl is okay. Ive seen studies that show substantial damage at that level. Ive had my blood lead tested several times, its always been under 2 ng/dl. Most of we older folk have much higher lead because of leaded gas..
