Article that just scared me-- A book called How to Clean Toxic Mold.

Hi Everyone,

I don't usually write in this group because I am usually busy with

our four kids. But this is a great group. I know I read it a lot in

2003-2004 when we first got sick with toxic mold. We went to Dr.

Shoemaker and although he helped it was minimal. He deals with mold

spores but was not treating the allergies and chemical sensitivity

that we developed from the mycotoxin exposure. My husband also

became allergic to the Cholestryramine. You can read a little bit

I wanted to bring to your attention a blog a read yesterday that

scared me. It was `How to Clean Toxic Mold'

your home! " A study at Lund University has found that minute amounts

of mycotoxins can seriously affect your immune system and cause

course my family and I already knew this because we developed severe

allergies and MCS. For our Chemical Sensitivities and allergies we

started seeing Dr. Albert Robbins in Florida at the Allergy Centers.

He is awesome and gave us a lot of great information.

My family and I have incorporated a program of Detox, Exercise, anti-

inflammatory diet, avoidance (allegens, molds and chemicals)

relaxation, supplements, sunshine, outdoor life and meditation in our

life that has helped us function again. We are by no means cured.

I almost forgot- keeping a positive attitude is a must.

Since this ordeal started I decided to advance my nursing knowledge

and went back to school for my Bachelors in Natural Health and I am

continuing on with my Doctorate in Naturopathy. My husband is an

allopathic physician and having knowledge in both complimentary and

allopathic medicine has been a God send to our lives.

I did find it on Amazon as well. I replied to the blog that I thought

that anything featuring info on cleaning mold yourself was not a good

idea but healthy living was great. He deleted my comment at his blog.
