Guest guest
a, I recently completed 4 weeks of Shoemaker's Cholestyramine protocol. (After testing positive on the visual test.) I took it as directed: one scoop, four times a day on an empty stomach. Constipation was severe but fiber combined with stool softeners (not laxatives) made it tolerable. At the same time I started the Cholestyramine I also started treatments with a local bio-electrical therapist who uses high frequency light and microwave therapy combined with electrical therapy. Anyway at the beginning of the third week on Cholestyramine and after just completing the bio-elctrical protocol, I experienced amazing symptom improvement. I would say that by the end of the third week I had about 80% recovery, including the fatigue. I was ecstatic! By the beginning of the fourth week, however, my symptoms began to return and by the end of the fourth week I had lost most of what I gained. I stopped the Cholestyramine for two weeks but plan to restart it again next week. My theory is that the Cholestyramine and bio- electrical both did what they were supposed to do which is rid my body of toxins. What they did not do was rid my body of what is creating the toxins. Guest guest
I am new to all of this mold illiness talk but I have been dealing with severe mold allergies for 5 years since we had a water problem in our house. Once again we were flooded and I started not feeling well and it just kept getting worse until I could no longer breathe in my house and had crippling fatigue. The severe fatigue, some days I can't move without prednisone. My family is still in the house because the mold report revealed only a slight elevation of mold. I think my body was already primed. My family thinks I'm crazy. I want to go home but can't breathe in my house until cleaned but GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. I went on this site a few days ago and picked up the Mold Warriors book someone recommended. What a read. Would any of you pls answer a few questions? Has anyone used the Shoemaker Protocol to get better? After mold exposure have any of you had chronic fatigue during outdoor high mold season (if you live like I do in the midwest - outdoor mold capital of the country?)
