glutahione nasal spray/ new doses help die off?

I was having bad die off/reactions to glutahione nasal spray.

then determined that the delivery in one squirt was too strong.

my dr aggreed and prescribed a dilution of 1/4 compared to the original

dilution.

I'm not sure what the numbers are but for example if it was 100 glutahione in

liquid in one spray, it would have got reduced to 25 glutahione in one spray.

my nizoral is also being reduced like this

I ahvent started yet but contact me if you want to know how it goes.
