Hi Friends!

Please someone-would you post(if known)

the AMOUNT of activated charcoal that

would be of BEST benefit in yeast die off

circumstances.

I have 'CharcoCaps' 260mg each supplement.

Can someone lend a helping hand, on this one,

to help us out ... Thanks !!
