I guy sitting next to me on the plane with his sandwich. I guy next to me in first class when they poored a dark beer. I made the guy move. Thank God!! the Ziem protocol has help turn that down and you learn to a AVOID! All kinds of mycotoxins can be found there: trichothecenes, aflatoxins, zearalenone, ochratoxin ... I was wondering - has any one of you ever felt the typical mold " hit " when you only touched wheat or maize (without consuming it)? I mean, while touching and sniffin at these grains did they ever cause you to feel the same symptoms as when you are exposed to mold in a moldy house or to the air from a bad AC unit? Remember, eating doesn't count. As for myself, I would have to say it hasn't happened yet. Which is mightily strange. -Branislav
Guest guest
, what is the central theme of the Ziem protocol? Is it basically an anti-inflamation diet? > > Many of time, I got a major hit in the airport from Quizno's baking bread. that one hit made it very hard for me to function. people eating toast behind me in the airplane. Guest guest
Workers in grain silos and people who come into contact with indoor mold in workplaces or homes like teachers, librarians, etc. get sick from it all the time. Confined spaces and mold food are a potentially very bad combination. Just add humidity. There are several professions that see a vastly increased percentage of sickness from diseases like HP. " Sniffing " IMO would be asking for trouble.. If you have to be in a place with grain dust, or any kind of dust, wear protection. Grain dust = sawdust... They are not that different except grain dust has more nutrients and probably grows more mold, quicker.
