PE:

TMs were noted to be WNL. Oropharynx was noted to be enlarged. Positive

exudates noted to be present. Sinuses were diffusely tender to percussion.

Cranial nerves II through XII were WNL. Neck was supple. There is noted to be

some s/l *anterior tribral* lymphadenopathy.
