Sharon, I see where you are coming from. I read the ruling and there was a

number of bad mistakes the plaintiff made. For example, not enough

documentation. Only one air test, and no bulk testing. The expert witnesses

didn't fully support the claim. Causation is a big deal in personal injury

cases.

I have forwarded this to a PI attorney I know to see what he reads from the

ruiing.

You are incorrect with your evaluation. You have to know the history of the

case before determining that the plaintiff counsel made mistakes. Judge

Kornich's original ruling was trippy.
