Guest guest
Sharon, I see where you are coming from. I read the ruling and there was a number of bad mistakes the plaintiff made. For example, not enough documentation. Only one air test, and no bulk testing. The expert witnesses didn't fully support the claim. Causation is a big deal in personal injury cases. I have forwarded this to a PI attorney I know to see what he reads from the ruiing. > From: snk1955@... <snk1955@...> > Subject: [] NY State Appellate Court, Frasier Ruling. You have to know the history of the case before determining that the plaintiff counsel made mistakes. Judge Kornich's original ruling was trippy. _http://drcraner.com/images/suits_over_mold_WSJ.pdf_ (http://drcraner.com/images/suits_over_mold_WSJ.pdf) Sharon **************Don't be the last to know - click here for the latest news that will have people talking.
