If one adheres to this decision, then it is established it can never be

proven mold in an indoor environment has caused illness. While they attempt to

state that this is case specific, a quick read between the lines shows it is

not. Unscientifically, the courts have determined that one must establish

the threshold of mold exposure before illness occurs. This is a scientifically

impossible task. God help the children who are being made sick from mold.
