Guest guest
FYI - re Dr Hooper, the urine test is actually $950 for one urine test now! We just had one done...waiting for results, but it's definitely quite expensive so hoping it's worth it! Jill
Guest guest
It tests for three different toxins though but still it is expensive. I had one and was disappointed it came out negative BECAUSE it was 950.00, but I was out of building by then. You can test for ONE suspected toxin for 350.00. Dr Rae wants me to do another one because ochratoxin was found in pancreatic cyst but I just can't bear to put the money for it up again! > > FYI - re Dr Hooper, the urine test is actually $950 for one urine test > now! Guest guest
--- If you are doing the tricothecene urine test, the report just reads PRESENT or NOT PRESENT. I had Dr. Hooper do that test, and I didnt see the point in spending the money. If you know you were exposed the PRESENT isnt really telling you anything you dont already know. Unless you have a legal matter and need prrf, that would be different. In , " barb1283 " <barb1283@...> wrote: > > It tests for three different toxins though but still it is expensive. Guest guest
The first time my urine was tested was from Dr Croft and he has you send an entire whole days collection and gives you a 'quantity count'. Mine was relatively high, so that was some important information. He only tests for one toxin, tricothecenes, and as it turns out my house still had a problem and I didn't realize it. However I've made alot of repairs to house and problem is not high but still not as good as I need it to be for me, now that I am sick. Before I knew about problem I was sofa-bound. Now I can function but minimally. > > --- > If you are doing the tricothecene urine test, the report just reads PRESENT or NOT PRESENT.
