Guest guest
Kim - Yikes! No more sledding for you, young lady! Yes. This can be very important for you: Because healing takes place during deep, restorative sleep - be sure to get enough. You can wear an eye mask and ear plugs to bed - it will let you drop to sleep in about 3 minutes and stay there all night. Test saliva pH. If all " lymph " is too acid, it will not flow correctly. This is the end product of blood. It is what feeds, rinses and lubricates all the cells in our body. 7.4 is ideal. Nothing will help you feel better or heal faster. About 90% of us are this version of FMS. If you have acid reflux you can be sure you are this type. Want the quickest help? Put a little baking soda in all your drinking water, tea, etc. No acid foods like tomatoes, citrus or soft drinks. Let me know if you need help with anything. The complete method for reversing FMS symptoms is on my all free site, www.FibroFix.com Don't let anyone tell you that this can't be done - get help from someone who is doing it! Anne bones and fms first i am going to apologize - i am not going to be typing caps etc. i broke my arm on monday - fell on ice - radius bone - hairline crack near my thumb. here is my questions: if any of you have ever had this type of brak - how long before pain stops? if you did have this type of fracture did the doctor rebreak your arm to cast it? i have a half cast on right now i am taking asprin, extra calcium and arnica - is there any other natural things i should be taking to speed the healing? i am trying to be as natural as possible in the healing process btw - fms flares up hot and heavy with this much strain on my body - trying lots of meditation - but open to other suggestions
Guest guest
the last break I had was in 1992 or 1993 I broke my toe, this time of year. But i broke it half way up my foot, I had crutches on ice and snow, I took lots of pain killers, Otc and I put my foot up a lot, elevation is the key and ice it flares up this time of year. I actually started limping because of a memory or the cold bringing back the pain. I feel for you. I didnt' have fibro symptoms then , I was lucky. Merry Christmas and take care of yourself. Guest guest
- When your foot acts up due to cold weather, try this trick. Wipe on a little Camphor Spirit. If the pain goes away, you will know that the pain is because of insufficient flow of Serous Fluid ( " lymph " ) to it. The cold may be just enough to slow it down below what it has to have. Massaging and flexing your foot may improve your situation. I would appreciate feedback on your results if you do that. Guest guest
Anne I bought some of that too and I used it on the back of my neck, and it had no effect but if I locate it I will use it on my foot and see if that helps. thanks for the tip. Another question: Using my cpap machine at night, makes me sweat above my lip and keeps the mask moving. and I was wondering if you use one or if you know any idea that would make it stop making me sweat or what i can do about the sweating/movement? I tried using some pills for menopause that say they stop night sweats, but for me they just made my night sweats worse. Just thought I would run that by you since you suggested to camphor spirits for my foot. cleaning house for tomorrow From: Kim <kkachadoyahoo (DOT) com> Subject: bones and fms To: fibromyalgiacured@ yahoogroups. com Date: Wednesday, December 24, 2008, 4:17 PM first i am going to apologize - i am not going to be typing caps etc. i broke my arm on monday - fell on ice - radius bone - hairline crack near my thumb. here is my questions: if any of you have ever had this type of brak - how long before pain stops? if you did have this type of fracture did the doctor rebreak your arm to cast it? i have a half cast on right now i am taking asprin, extra calcium and arnica - is there any other natural things i should be taking to speed the healing? i am trying to be as natural as possible in the healing process btw - fms flares up hot and heavy with this much strain on my body - trying lots of meditation - but open to other suggestions
Guest guest
You can ask me anything you like - everyone does. As for night sweats, my experience has only been with Hypoglycemia. Having sweets late in the day caused sweats like crazy. The bed pillows were soaked and had to do in the dryer every morning. Having a little slow-acting protein (like a small piece of swiss cheese) lasts all night and no more night sweats. Weird that camphor spirit on your neck didn't help. We don't need cpap because we breathe just fine using Guai and decongestant. annie bones and fms To: fibromyalgiacured@ yahoogroups. com Date: Wednesday, December 24, 2008, 4:17 PM first i am going to apologize - i am not going to be typing caps etc. i broke my arm on monday - fell on ice - radius bone - hairline crack near my thumb. here is my questions: if any of you have ever had this type of brak - how long before pain stops? if you did have this type of fracture did the doctor rebreak your arm to cast it? i have a half cast on right now i am taking asprin, extra calcium and arnica - is there any other natural things i should be taking to speed the healing? i am trying to be as natural as possible in the healing process btw - fms flares up hot and heavy with this much strain on my body - trying lots of meditation - but open to other suggestions
Guest guest
Okay, I'll share this little discovery. I use 'Blue Oil' by Aveda. I use this for back aches, headaches, joint aches. IT WORKS!!! Didn't mean to be loud but it is something to shout about...this little ointment is wiped one time on the area and it gets rid of the pain instantly. I may need to wipe it a couple of times more on bad headaches...but it does the trick. If you can find an Aveda Store in your area, get it and apply it for the whole family. We hardly use any pills for pain here anymore.
