Guest guest
Hi, Anne, Been trying to change my diet after your response. It is sooooo hard. As we spoke earlier, I follow a mediteranean diet so it does call for a wee bit more tomato then we, fibromyalgians, should have. But I am trying. Do you realize how much I will empty my cupboards? Not that I use canned items. It's the ragu's I will have to give away....there are tears in my eyes on that thought. I will give them a tender peck good bye and pass them on to a deserving family. Alas...and hoorah, a new year, a new diet, a new life and lot of new recipes...I need new ideas on recipes though...anyone have list???? Thank you again, Anne. Sincerely, From: Anne Hillebrand at www.FibroFix.com Subject: Re: Re: SNOPES and real life................ (To look before you leap.) You sound like me with the computer! No one uses it more and understands less than I do. Does everyone know how to test to see which Version of Fibromyalgia you are dealing with? Test Saliva pH. It has to be 7.4 for our livers to produce enzymes correctly. Lower number means too acid. (most common version) Test temperature. If it's not 98.6, you may have Thyroid problems. Have doc do Thyroid test. Call or email if you need info. Lost it when I lost my saved sites as a result of killing my laptop computer (thankfully it was reparable and my insurance covered it all) 0ver the years I've found anly probably a few, probably three at the most of quackwatched items that I disagreed with. The put in the hard yards into doing the research (that includes not just relying on getting follow ups and references from online searches. Annie - your response was simple and easy to get tye gist of and a really good link, I'm always surprised when in these days and ages, there will always be someone who can't seem to remember how to do a simple google search, but then again, knowing the fibrofog when it does hit, I'd give a second chance. Overall - thanks. I agree with you and what quackwatch say (and I even watched the long clip on what the machine is and how it supposedly does. Reminded me of a few other thing ive come across over the years) Pam Vic O I just let my mind wander, and it forgot to come back 1b. <http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/fibromyalg iacured/message/ 10012;_ylc= X3oDMTJx aTJiZ3NjBF9TAzk3MzU 5NzE1BGdycElkAzE yNzMyOARncnBzcEl kAzE3MDUwNjE2ODI EbXNnSWQD MTAwMTIEc2VjA2Rtc2c Ec2xrA3Ztc2cEc3R pbWUDMTIyOTU5NzM 4Mg--> Re: SNOPES and real life Posted by: " Anne Hillebrand at www.FibroFix. com " <mailto:annehillebrand@ bellsouth. net?Subject=%20Re% 3A%20SNOPES% 20and%20real% 20life> annehillebrand@ bellsouth. net <http://profiles. yahoo.com/ annehillebrand> annehillebrand Wed Dec 17, 2008 9:31 am (PST) I said Snopes and Google, meaning any online sources. Here's one that pulled up through Google. <http://www.quackwat ch.org/01Quacker yRelatedTopics/ Tests/xrroid. html> http://www.quackwat ch.org/01Quacker yRelatedTopics/ Tests/xrroid. html Please note that I have not cured myself from Fibro. I have extemely severe Fibro. but am using daily treatment that relieves the symptoms. I developed this treatment method, was the first person to use it (since 2000), and host the site. It can be done with over-the-counter meds + tricks and tips. Almost anyone can do it. Confidential help by email or phone is free for everyone. Print off anything you want to keep handy. The site tells how to test to see which version of FMS you have, and how to treat each version. Thanks, Annie -
