There are so many foods that can be contaminated with mold spores and

mycotoxins. It isn't possible to avoid them all, but the fresher the

food is, the less contaminated, so teas, since they are dried and

stored and also grained, since they are stored, will all contain some

mold and probably mycotoxins also. I try to emphasize fresh food but I

don't try to eat only fresh food because it is too limiting for a diet,

but if you can, do that. I'm on the go too much. You need to buy

fresh and pack and carry, homecook things, to eat fresh everything and

then fresh veggies, will sit around and get mold on them also or have

pesticides, if not pesticides, then more germs. It's just a messy

world out there and there is no such thing a pure food, untainted in

any way, but fresh is best if you can. Plain filtered water would be

least tainted. Fruit juice is made more often by old fruit that will

not make it to market without spoiling, so to get fresh fruit juice,

you'd have to buy the fruit in good condition and squeese it or juice

it at home, on and on.

Dr Marinkovich used to say if you want to eat something like grains or

similar, soak it in ascorbic acid solution first and then cook it or

eat it. He also recommended another soaking agent but can't remember

it. You can rinse fresh fruit and vegetables in water w vinegar to

clean it better and vinegar will also 'crisp' lettuce and other

veggies, put the crispness back in them.
