I have some food questions. I have heard the with brown rice, the

hulls tend to be moldy, but sometimes it might be safe. Any ideas on

this? I have brown rice syrup as an ingredient in the cereal my friend

brought me, so I was wondering if it was safe.

I was also wondering about rooibos tea. I have the " Spiced Rooibos

Ruby Red Chai " and " Orange Spice Rooibos " from Trader Joe's. Any

ideas? Thanks and best wishes;)
