A question about Texas services

Hi all,

My family just moved to Houston from Los Angeles just about 2 months ago. In

California, Ricky's services were coordinated by " Regional Center " . They

provided/coordinated services such as water safety lessons, respite care

services, certain after-school programs and the likes. I have yet to learn about

anything like this in Texas. Does a similar organization exist in Texas? If so,

might somebody please provide contact info so that we may get Ricky on their

list?
