Guest guest
Greetings, How do you know the infection is candida? You could have another fungal infection from airborne mold and just not know it. Having struggled with candida off and on for years, there is no point in following ANY protocol unless you can leave the moldy environment that caused it. And I've tried the diets, they don't work. At least, not for me. Diet doesn't seem to be the greatest way to deal with infection, bacterial or otherwise. Although I've heard that if you don't have blood sugar problems, water fasting is the way to go. There are lots of antifungal agents that DO work, such as: 1) grapefruit seed extract (Citricidal is best) 2) diluted homebrewed kombucha that has turned to vinegar 3) baking soda (your pancreas produces its own baking soda, you have to be careful not to mess that up by taking some baking soda) 4) diluted tea tree oil 5) activated charcoal by mouth (messy messy - be careful not to overdo, can act as an emetic) 6) betonite clay in water (can cause major constipation if your digestion is already messed up, as is common in fungal infections) 7) liquid chlorophyll (also very messy - can stain clothing if you aren't careful But what wonderful stuff!) Hope that helps,
Guest guest
--- : I would have to disagree with you about the success with the candida/mold diet. I have had candida problems for YEARS and have really finally got a handle on them with diet.(no meds I eat ONLY organic foods, no sugar, (not even fruit), no grains, and eat only poultry, fish and yogurt.(no red meat) That is no sweets, no liquor, no breads, pasta, etc. So an average dinner for me would be chicken, lots of steamed vegetables and a salad with lots of good dark greens. They are many issues with candida and it may be your environment also, but I really DO believe the candida/mold diet is a successful way to control it. Also, it takes time.... D In , <heliotropium@...> wrote: > > Greetings, > > How do you know the infection is candida?
