Thank you for posting that article. I never knew why coconut oil was

marginalized for so long. My guess is the all-powerful " soy " lobby

snuffed them out. I used to use a coconut shampoo years back that was

wonderful. If it can help AIDS patients clear fungal infections maybe

it can help some of us, who have been beset with skin rashes, etc.

from myco-toxin exposure. Thanks again.

p.s. I love Mounds bars and had at least a half, every day when I was

at my sickest. Maybe that small amount of coconut, even in its

sugared form, helped keep me alive! Sometimes we " crave " a food that

our body actually needs!

I've known about the coconut oil for awhile and bought myself a Vita

mix. I just made myself a shake with coconut oil, honey, cinnamon,

ginger and all kinds of fresh veggies and fresh fruit. I also added

some almond butter so I would get my protein. Yummy!

From what I have read there are many other natural products that are

also antifungal, antibiotics and kill parasites. Today I'm going to the

store and I'll be getting more coconut oil, almond butter and

grapefruit seed extract. I believe grapefruit seed extract can even be

used for cleaning and is very effective in killing parasites, bacteria

and fungi but harmless to humans and animals within a very high range.

Thanks for the post it reminded me to take my dose of coconut oil.

Great article. I have been using coconut oil and you can use it for

so many things. Where else can you get a product that is good for

skin care, hair care, bath oil and eat it all at the same time! D
